Deva Flamenco

Deva Flamenco is a voluntary community group established in 1997 who promote the appreciation of flamenco music and dance in and around Chester - Cheshire, Wirral, Liverpool, Merseyside, North Wales.

We hold weekly flamenco dance classes on Tuesdays in Chester, as well as occasional workshops with visiting teachers in flamenco, Sevillanas or Gypsy dancing.

Our flamenco and Gypsy performances include dance shows, community and folk festivals, informal social events and dancing in Spanish restaurants. See our Diary of events

Christine and Fiona give flamenco dance workshops including the story of flamenco at primary schools. Christine gives presentations and demonstrations of flamenco dancing for WIs and other social groups. For details see our community page.

Our classes are 7.00 to 8.30 pm - one class of one and a half hours, for all levels. cost 10 pounds.
